Obituary

Sandy Benjamin Williams was born December 14, 1973 to Doris S. Brown in Winter Park, FL.

Sandy was a great man with an infectious smile and contagious laughter that echoed everywhere he went.  Sandy loved to fish and was a library of knowledge with his in depth conversations about almost any topic you wanted to discuss.  Sandy lived by the beat of his own drum from a very young age.  His path led him from Winter Park to neighboring Eatonville and Forest City FL. where he developed many lifelong friendships.  He spent time living in Gainesville, Florida and ultimately set his anchor in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

While in Ft. Lauderdale, Sandy gained an entire family of people that loved and cared for him dearly.  Once there, Sandy became a small business owner of an in-store restaurant where he fed people from all walks of life.  He went on to earn certifications in both plumbing and HVAC.  While working in those fields, he was instrumental in helping many others gain valuable knowledge and experience that will last a lifetime.

Sandy had passion for helping and encouraging his family to be the best they could be.  He felt there was absolutely nothing his family couldn’t accomplish.

Sandy was a loving father and grandfather.  He also served as a father figure to the children that ultimately became a permanent part of his life.

Sand leaves to cherish his memories:  Mother: Doris S. Brown; Son: Jakeem Williams; Daughter: Sandy Williams; Grandchildren: JaShun & JaZya Williams; Aunts:  Joyce Carr, Cathy Carr, Jacqueline Carr;  Cousins:  Darycus Gordon (Cherlyn),  LaTicica Starling, LaDonya Gordon, Lester Starling, Tiffany Carr, Norward DeShay Walker (Monique), Altravious Hollinger,  LLiana Gordon, Mashira Walker and Malik Allen;  Fiance, Children & Granddaughter:  Sharonda Crowell, Trequon Crowell, Keelyn Crowell,  Jahki Crowell,  Dajuaii Crowell,  Steve Henry,  Jahquez Henry, Ashley Henry & Chloe Henry.
