Mr. Melvin, “KillerDogg” Pugh, son of the late Mallie and Dorthy Pugh, was born October 11, 1954, in Winter Garden, Florida.  He attended the public school system of Orange County, where he attended and graduated from Ocoee High.  He is known to be a talented  athlete competing in both football and track.
After completing high school, Melvin received his certification as a contractor,  where he spent most of his career as a Master Fencer.
In 1970 Melvin met and married Rosalind Marks; from this union came two daughter, Latonya and Latoya.  Melvin and Rosalind maintain a loving friendship after the dissolution of their marriage.
Melvin was known a comedian; he loved making people laugh.  He believed laughter was medicine for the soul, a lover of the outdoors and oldie music.  Melvin was a strong male figure for his daughters and grandkids, he encouraged them to live life to the fullest.
On November 20th, Heaven called Melvin home, leaving a rejoice in his memories:  A devoted friend Rosalind Marks.  Two daughters, Latonya Pugh and Latoya Pugh.  Two brothers; Jeffery and Darrell, four sisters; Essie, Anita, Patricia, Denise; four grandchildren: Tahkehiah, Rodney, Aicha, Aiyari.  two great-grand children: Autumn, Reign and a host of other relatives and friends.
