Byron Alexander Coffie, affectionately known as “Man-Man” was born October 17, 1976 in Queens, New York to Naomi Coffie and Ozell Sweet.
Byron transitioned from this life on December 8, 2020.
Byron was raised in Oviedo, Florida by his loving and devoted Grandmother, the late Albertha Boston. From his youth, he attended Fountain Head Baptist Church (now known as The Fountain Worship Center) in Oviedo, Florida where Reverend Victor Blair is the presiding Pastor. In his childhood, he loved and played sports… something he enjoyed watching his children do as well. Byron, attended Seminole County Public Schools and his occupation was a Journeyman.
Byron grew up with the nick name “Man-Man.” To know him was to love him and to be entertained. His free spirit allowed him to meet many loved ones and friends. In his adulthood, the nick name “Dirt” or “Dirt Road” became popular among his friends.
Byron was preceded in death by his Mother; Naomi Coffie, Father; Ozell Sweet (Marie) Warner Robins, GA., Grandmother; Albertha Boston, Son: Alexander Tyquan Coffie, Sister: Maxine Coffie, Devoted Uncles: Wesley E. Boston, Jimmy Boston Sr., Dewayne Boston Sr., Tracy Boston, Aunts; Willie Ann Wimberly, Joyce A. Gainey.
He leaves his love and to cherish his wonderful children: Elijah Hakeem Reddick, Byron Alexander Coffie (BJ), Jaqouya Armoni Coffie,
Byron Alexander Coffie, Jr., Keonte Coffie, Xavier Coffie; Grandson: Omari Reddick; Brothers: William (Keisha) Coffie (PA), Henry Coffie (FL), Stevie Coffie (PA): Sister Janice A. Coffie (GA); Loving Aunts; Debra Boston (FL); Jacqueline Boston (FL); Devoted Cousins: Anthony King (FL), Tiffany Mason (FL), Albertha Wimberly (PA), Warren Boston (PA), Jimmy Boston Jr. (FL); Cherished memories will also be with Life Long Friends: Sean Mays Sr. (FL)
Marvin Wilson (FL), Brian Bryant (FL), and Rodney Williams (FL).
An immeasurable amount of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends will also miss him.
A Father’s love was extended to Bryneisha Kelly and Janaya Grayson.

I had a lot of respect for you Cuz. You and your family were the highlight of my 20’s. I’ll never forget you. It was a pleasure even being associated with you. You were a real man and a man of your word. If you said it; you ment it. Rest in love.
