Service will be held on Saturday,  March 14th, 2020 at 12:00 pm.,  New Covenant Baptist  Church, 2210 S. Rio Grande Ave., Orlando, Florida

A Time to be Born
 
Jimmie Lee Bell Jr.  was born on January 30th, 1935 in Sandersville, Georgia to the Late Jimmie Lee Bell Sr. and Rebecca Cullens Bell.  He was the second oldest of nine children.
 
Jimmie received his education in the Johnson County School System in Georgia.  Shortly after school he soon met and married Lola Jackson (preceded in death) and to that union five children.
 
During his life he traveled to other states before making permanent residence in Florida.
 
During the 1960’s Jimmie Lee Worked for many years in the construction industry and in later years he was employed in the Food Service industry until his retirement.
 
He loved playing cards, shooting pool and hanging out with friends and family.  He would often spend time with his niece, Ruth, laughing and telling jokes.
 
Preceding Jimmie in death are his parents, sisters: Arnite Roth and Bonnell Bell Wright and brothers: Jessie Bell and Thomas Bell.
 
Left to cherish his memory and legacy are his children: Luther Bell of Sacramento, CA., Anthony Bell (Denise) of Apopka, FL., Donald Bell, Charles Bell, Barbara Bell and Jackie Bell all of San Francisco, Ca.; Sisters: Mary Alice King of Orlando, FL., Viola Williams of Las Vegas, NV., Annie Lizzie Elbert of Douglasville, Ga., Fellie Shaw (Richard) of Rock Hill SC., 31 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and a Special Friend: Dorothy  Moye.
