Mr. Randolph Alexander Petersen was born on July 18, 1946 in Christiansted, St. Croix to Mr. David Petersen and to Mrs. Theodora Edwards Petersen. He departed this life on February 7, 2019 leaving a loving wife, Mrs. Lillian Petersen, loving children, and a host of loving family members who will forever cherish his memory.
