Billy Shermain White was born on September 5, 1981 in Jacksonville, FL. He attended Edward White High School in Jacksonville, FL. Billy was well known as a football star and a great track runner in High School. He was skilled in Martial Art Black Belt as well. Billy played ball through Jr. League and excelled in all of his athletic activities. He later graduated with honors from Everest College, Orange Park, Florida.
